Regarding Legitimacy Of UN Membership - Modern Era Accountability


It Remains Imperative That Adults Demonstrate To Youth And Children That Honouring One's Word Is Fundamental To Achieving Integrity Within The Family And The Community. Today, Our Young Citizens Are Searching And Grasping For Examples Of Integrity And Consistency Of Policy. Such Appears To Be Absent In Matters Of War. Hence, It Arises That Integrity Of Membership In This Global Association Of Nations That There Must Be Value In UN Membership - Each Member Subscribing To The Charter, In Toto. Hence, We Submit That There Appears To Be Absent A Membership Application And Accreditation Of The Body Politic That Arose Following The Demise Through Perestroika Of The Soviet Union. The Resident Russia Attaining Credentials As A Permanent UN Security Council Member Appears To Be Specious; And, In Contradiction Of UN Terms And Conditions. The UN Founding Member Russia Perished Through Perestroika. The Modern Era Russia Is Not A Founding Member; Nor, Is Entitled To Sit As A Permanent UNSC Member State. Your Expeditious Attendance To This Matter Is Appreciated : For All The Children.


As A Lawyer & Head Of State, Russia's Vladimir Putin Fails In His Claim Of Ukraine's Nation Status Being Null & Void. Since The Formation Of The United Nations In 1945, Russia Has Continued As A Dominant UN Security Council Permanent Member; Failing To Proclaim A Declaratory Veto Entitlement; Challenging Ukraine's Membership. The UN Charter, Chapter 7 Provisions Prohibiting Alien Hostile Military Occupation Is Sustained. The Prevailing Question Is : Does Vladimir Putin Enjoy Absolute Immunity From ICC Criminal Prosecution ? It Does Appear That Modern International Law Provisions Apply - But, Again Russia And The United States Both Are Not Signatories To The Rome Statute Establishing The ICC. Therefore, It Presents The Scenario That A Recognized Russian Citizen Might Option To Arrest This Head Of State Person & Present Him To The ICC For Arrest And Prosecution. Russia's UN Membership Can Be Revoked & / Or Suspended Via The Charter Provisions. President Putin's Claim Of Law Denying Ukraine's Legal Existence Renders The Converse Option For A Founding Member To Challenge Russia's Status - Considering That Today, It Is Substantially Alien To The Russia, Who Was A Founding Member : The Question Of The Post-1990 Russia (Perestroika) As Being An Entitled Permanent Member Has Not Yet Been Raised ... Is Russia A Paid-Up UN Member Today? : YES.
